Team building and private games can be booked to play during our regular opening hours at any time. We also offer private games and team building outside of our regular opening hours, from 9am to 2pm weekdays with at least 24 hours advance notice.
Outside of our regular opening hours, we also offer FLEXIBLE START TIMES when the games can be scheduled to start at the same time, unlike general public reservations with staggered starts every 15 minutes. The benefit of this is that your teams can play against the challenge of their own game, and compete against colleagues in other games for “bragging rights” for the fastest escape times.
THE FUN DOESN’T END AT 60 MINUTES! Subject to game start times, it is possible to allow games to continue beyond the 60-minute deadline, if a team has not escaped, but is close to doing so, and would like to see the game to a full conclusion.
Yes, they can! Managers and Supervisors can watch all the games with access to our normally private, Game Mission Control. Managers or Supervisors who do not want to play, can also interact with our game managers to influence the game play, communication and team tasks.
WE OFFER DEDICATED STAFF! Each team has their own dedicated Game Master, to look after all teams from arrival, during their game with 2-way communication, and assistance after the game for memorable photographs with game props.
Each round of games lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, from arrival to departure. We ask that you arrive around 15 minutes prior to the game starting, to allow time to park, for players to use the restrooms, for pre-game registration, introduction to your Game Master and an explanation of the game. The game lasts 60 minutes. After the game, we suggest another 10 to 15 minutes for a game de-brief and for the teams to take fun memorable photographs with games props.
Our Award-Winning Escape Rooms are designed and built to optimize the game space and customer experience. For private team building events outside of normal public opening hours, the entire store is private and you can use our spacious reception area and seating for meeting. Also, during the games, a manager, supervisor or HR representative can watch all of your teams in their games from our mission control room.
We offer customers with a valid tax-exempt certificate, Sales Tax Free reservations for Private Escape Room Games only. Please email with a current valid copy of your Florida Sales Tax Exemption certificate. Reservations can only be arranged via this email and our tax-exempt team. Reservations can be made at least 48 hours in advance; our tax-exempt team will email you an invoice for your reservation. Tax exempt invoices must be settled in full within 24 hours to confirm the reservation to avoid the cancellation of the booking. We are unable to raise a second invoice for any customer who has a prior unpaid or cancelled invoice. Tax free reservations are not available via the website or in store. All sales are final and completed reservations with sales tax cannot be changed to tax exempt sales.
Games are optimized for 6 to 8 players to maximize the communication between players, problem solving and team building. All out of hours team building reservations are "by the game" and not "per player" If you would like more than 8 players in a game, please contact us. You can reserve private games during our regular opening hours with as few as 2 players.
Our great value team building prices for games outside of regular hours are already discounted from $49 per player and can only be reserved directly with us. We do not accept any vouchers, offers, coupons or codes for games outside of regular opening hours.
